Here’s The List of Chick-fil-A Low-Sodium Options

What are the best Chick-fil-A low-sodium options for food?

Atlanta-based Chick-fil-A boasts, “We didn’t invent the chicken, just the chicken sandwich.” Well, they sure invented a mighty salty chicken sandwich.

Chick-fil-A® Chicken Sandwiches clock in at a whopping 1,400 mg of sodium. Add medium fries and one of their dipping sauces to that sandwich and the total rises to approximately 1,840 mg. You will find that number fluctuates slightly depending on the sauce you choose.

However, does that mean you cannot eat low-sodium at Chick-fil-A? Not at all! You can find a few low(er) salt items on the Chick-fil-A menu.

We would put two packets on my chicken sandwich. In addition to 780 mg of buffalo-flavored sodium, that would add 2,180 mg of salt to a 1400 mg sandwich. It was an eye-opening experience researching this article.
